Strawberry Bruschetta for Spring Break
- 1 pint or large handful of strawberries
- 2 teaspoons best-quality balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- ½ baguette

- Cut up the strawberries into small cubes and place in a bowl.

- Add vinegar to taste and set aside.

- Slice baguette into thin rounds and lightly toast.

- Spoon a small dollop of yogurt on top of a piece of toast, dot with a small spoonful of strawberries.

- Drizzle with honey, if desired.
